President & Chief Executive Officer
Mr Feringa was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Team Tankers International on September 1st, 2015. Mr Feringa has extensive knowledge of the global shipping industry. In 1996, he joined Stolthaven Terminals and held various positions of increasing responsibility within the Stolt-Nielsen organization before his appointment in 2007 as President of Stolt Tankers, a division of Stolt-Nielsen Limited. As President of Stolt Tankers, Mr Feringa headed the Company’s strategic and growth initiatives. Prior to working for Stolt-Nielsen, Mr. Feringa was the Commercial Director of Van Ommeren's Tank Terminal at Botlek, Rotterdam. Mr Feringa holds a BSc in Oceanography and received an MBA from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University in the Netherlands. During his career, Mr Feringa has resided in The Netherlands Singapore and the United States. He is a Dutch citizen and resides in Connecticut, USA.
Kevin M. Kilcullen,
Chief Financial Officer
Kevin Kilcullen joined TEAM on February 22, 2016 as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Kilcullen previously held the position as Chief Financial Officer at Principal Maritime in Southport, Connecticut, USA. Principal owned and operated 16 vessels in the crude oil and chemicals transportation industry. Prior to joining Principal in 2012, Kevin was a Senior Vice President at Jefferies Capital Partners, an international private equity investment firm and was primarily responsible for investments in the maritime industry. Preceding that, he was an investment banker for three years at ING Barings. Mr. Kilcullen holds a B.A. in economics from Harvard University and an M.B.A. from Columbia University.
Vice President, S&P and Chartering
Mr. Obling joined Team Tankers International in August 2014 as Vice President, Business Development and was promoted to Vice President, S&P and Chartering on August 23, 2016. Mr. Obling has more than 20 years of commercial shipping experience as manager, broker and charterer from international Shipowners and Shipbrokers in Denmark, Germany and Singapore. Previously, Mr. Obling worked as Director and head of d’Amico in Singapore. Prior to that he worked for Torm in Copenhagen and Copenhagen Tankers as General Manager Chartering from 2000 to 2005. In addition Mr. Obling has experience as a broker with Maersk Broker in Copenhagen and Frachtcontor Junge & Co in Hamburg. He was educated at Randers Business School and holds a Diploma in Marketing from Lyngby School of Business, Denmark. Mr. Obling also has a degree from Asian International Executive Programme at INSEAD Singapore. Mr. Obling is a Danish citizen residing in Copenhagen, Denmark.
Per Tyrsted Jørgensen,
Vice President, Operations
Mr. Jørgensen joined Team Tankers International on 1 January 2009. Mr. Jørgensen has more than 30 years’ experience in the maritime and shipping industry. After completing his education and career at sea, he has worked with Royal Arctic Line in Nuuk, Greenland, Clipper Tankers and Wonsild Tankers. Mr. Jørgensen is a Danish citizen and resides in Copenhagen, Denmark.
Vice President, Technical
Mr. Anthonsen joined Team Tankers International in July 2014. Previously Mr. Anthonsen was CTO/General Manager in Ultragas/Ultrabulk for nearly 5 years where he was responsible for the technical operation and also the new building program of both gas and bulk carriers. Prior to that, he was employed in Eitzen Group for 11 years where he has held a number of positions ranking from Technical Superintendent, Technical Manager and Technical Director in the ship management division of the company. Prior to engagement in the shipping industry Mr. Anthonsen was employed at MAN B&W Diesel A/S where we worked as Service Engineer for after sales services. Mr. Anthonsen is a Marine Engineer from the East Asiatic Company (ØK) and has been sailing for almost 10 years in both EAC and D/S Torm A/S. Mr. Anthonsen is a Danish citizen and resides in Denmark.
Malene H. Pedersen,
Vice President Human Resources
Mrs Pedersen joined Team Tankers A/S in June 2010 as Head of HR and Administration after serving as HR and Administration Manager in Camillo Eitzen Denmark since 2006. Previously, she worked with Ernst & Young and Borealis. She is an examined coach and holds a degree in Marketing & Economics as well as diplomas in strategic Human Resource Management and Strategic Change Management. Mrs Pedersen is a Danish citizen residing in Copenhagen, Denmark.
